Quick healthy breakfast

I have just enjoyed this quick cook healthy nutritious protein breakfast.  Using a fork mix 2 whole eggs and 1 extra white, add a few chilli flakes.  Heat pan with 1 cal spray add mixture, cook until firm and turn over. Remove from pan and add washed spinach leaves for 1 minute (no oil needed). Add 1/2 avocado to your dish and season with black/cayenne pepper / hymilayan salt. Enjoy 🙂
